This is a World-Wide Web site for which, if you register, you can use it to monitor a number of airline routes and send you an E-Mail {which is why you must register} when that route(s) has significant pricing activity, up or down.
For those on Akiba-Online who have indicated they want to go to Japan "one of these days", this is something which should be useful.
I am using this to track flights to Narita Airport.
You do not have to limit your monitoring to flights to/from Japan.
