Trouble with Duga.jp purchase

So had no trouble making an Duga.jp account. But has anyone had trouble with receiving the verification code vi SMS or Automated call to complete credit card purchase? I've tried several times but never receive the text/call code to phone in order to complete purchase. Even tried making a google voice phone number and even that did not receive any text/call. Then tried to contact support but they were of little help. Any suggestions?

I had that problem when validating on myfans. Swithing from Chrome to Firefox somehow worked (I'm outside Japan and was worried that only Japanese numbers are actually accepted even though they let you fill it out with any number).

Interesting, I was using Firefox and outside Japan as well. Maybe try Edge or Chrome?

Edit tried both Edge and Chrome still did not receive anything.

Could you try making an account and see if you receive them?
