It is very real, however, it isn't a nude slip that was covered with photoshop, it is a flesh colored piece she's wearing. The pictures show it pretty clear, maybe the lowish quality video that's been made available tricks the eye? And I mean lowish quality not as an insult, just that it isn't FHD or 4K to be able to see extreme detail. Here is a 1-to-1 screenshot of that scene.

Thanks for replying in my place. I think that is the most lips we have seen from our girl. There was this shot in Buno-26 at 1:33:36 you could kinda make it out a bit. I cant wait for the full 4k release of that scene with the flesh color fabric. I hope they dint blur it out.

Thank you for this video! Uniform scene was excellent among other quality stuff. What I wondered was that was it cold during shooting because her butt had goosebumps

She is still in her prime years. Check Tsubasa Akimoto who is older!
All she needs to do is... be careful with her diet, loose a few kilos and go to the gym.
