Unusual film

I just watched JOVD15, and was rather fascinated by the way in which it ended. The heroine, after a long struggle with a creature, was eaten alive. I've never seen anything like this in a JAV. Has anyone else? If so, what movies?

There is a little something like it in Silence of The Lambs, not as much nudity though.

Cannibal Holocaust (1980) is unusual in the way that they kill real animals in the movie (six of them!)

I saw that low budget movie, not that great a film. It is basically famous for some of its' hardcore scenes.
Interesting piece of trivia though.
