What AI synthesized actors mean?

I came across a JAV where at the start of the movie there is the warning that the actors are AI synthesized. What does supposed to mean, that the actors are fake or what? They seem real nevertheless, not like in a digital painting.

They have used digital technology to make their cocks seem bigger.

Either that or the movie has had the mosaic removed with something like JavPlayer
