Now, I'm unable to purchase event using dmm points. What happen?
They cutoff the DMM loop as well - I have resorted to using AMEX in the meantime.
Whatever the issue is, this is hurting them big time as consumers tend to move along path of least resistance, and might substitute other websites that provide similar services. Hate to see that happen, as I have been using DMM/R18 for many years now, and for all those years I have been a very happy client of theirs. Still am, despite their troubles and related minor inconvenience.
I am far more concerned about the large volume of titles/labels being pulled from catalog. On a positive note, some of the titles they discontinued appeared back in catalog for whatever reason, but the overall balance is to the negative. Not a good trend.
One thing I wish they tweak is their library filtering.
I have a very large library and would appreciate being able to search using more than one parameter at a time. For instance, I should be able to add "Creampie" and "Bukkake" to the filter in order to display all titles that contain both "Creampie" and "Bukkake" tags.
That being said, I am happy they introduced filtering recently and it functions well as is.
