Confirmed latest version apk 1.05.2 and I get the same results when I try it on a tablet and another android phone.

First image shows frequent interruptions when downloading even though connection is fine.

Now at this point I have already logged in the app downloaded authenticated drm and played the video a few times already.
I turn off wifi to test if DRM authentication is required each time to play a video well the screenshot speaks for itself.
View attachment 1581493And finally I test a last case where I have already logged in at least once authenticated downloaded video at least once and played at least once.
As soon as I lose the WiFi or if I lose the app to android activity suspension when it loses focus I'm locked out.
This confirms that this app requires a WiFi on at all times and that authentication is required each time a video is played.
If this is by design then it makes downloading videos pointless.
You guys should take a look at the netflix app to see how it's implemented. I only ever have to sign in once can download videos and watch them in situations when there's no
WiFi.

TLDR If you're going to implement DRM do it right or you'll just alienate your customers.
