What games are you playing?

yeah, the people at Valve are kinda total dicks for not finishing the Half-Life saga. It was a great source engine and a great series. Black Mesa was a third party remake of the game, there is an unofficial mod expansion pack for it if you can find it.

Keep the faith Ceewan. If we can get Shenmue 3 and the Final Fantasy 7 remake, than we can get Half Life 3. Valve just need to remember they are a games company. I know it can't be easy when you have all that steam money rolling in. :rolleyes:

To be honest the Half Life series is one of the series that Ive somehow missed out on and since I never played the HL games before a friend told me that i might as well start with Black Mesa and then move on to HL2. So for me at the moment I dont yet know the pain of waiting for Half Life 3.

Dues Ex is another game I missed so im really looking forward to DX revision as well. I really love the fact that quality remakes of old games are happening more and more these days.

Wait until you finish Half-Life 2 episode 2 then you will see what everyone is pissed off about. Those were really fun games and I am sure you will enjoy them. What was missing was actually episode 3....they kind of left the story hanging a bit....
 
I can't stop playing Harem Collector lately (free hentai RPG for PCs).....I'd seriously recommend it to anyone who likes RPGs and BDSM scenes mixed in with a little bit of 'siscon' ;) I can't say I've finished it, as the game's at least a few more updates away from being done, but I've gotten as far as you can get, several times actually. The next update is coming up in like 2 weeks, I think...and there's gonna be at least one girl to add to the hero's harem (his goal is to get 151 girls! Somehow the number is a Pokemon reference, I think)

How is "The Evil Within"? I can't play that, it requires an i7 processor (which pisses me off, I mean really what the fuck!!!). Sounds like a big game (41GB after install). Great game to get in the Halloween spirit.
 
Fall Out New Vegas....the game just seems to go on and on without end. Fun game though but a little complex here and there. I finally get power armor training and realize I can't wear it near any NCR troops....errrr ok gotcha

That's the great thing with Fallout. The choices you make do seem to make a difference in the world and how people react to you.

Also just downloaded the final chapter of Life Is Strange and really looking forward to completing this awesome game. Really can't wait to see how the story ends and just how much impact i can make to how it plays out.

Yeah, they do a good bit of work on making it a good RPG as well as a good first person shooter. The "faction armor" in New Vegas was new to me though and it took some getting used to; put on some NCR armor once and got blown away as a spy by my NCR buddies. Classically though, as in Fall Out 3, there are no real "good guys" and I like that about the series. New Vegas made a lot of improvements but it is a much more complex game (and there are more weapoms than you can "shake a stick at"). A lot of fun, when I make the time to play it.

I recently got back into playing Star Wars: The Old Republic and a lot has changed so if anyone was thinking about returning then be prepared for a new game experience.
 
Scratch that. Ashes of the Singularity didn't like my graphics card very much. :(

Yeah. I hate when a game needs a different graphics card than the one I have installed. Replaying Far Cry 3 right now and my "new" GPU gets hot enough to cook rice. Mind you most of my game settings are maxed out but I just bought this card not long ago and this is an old game so fuck it.....let the bitch cook and hopefully it won't fry my power supply.
 
With you on that. With the new games coming out now you basically need a rig that's going to cost the same as a mid sized mansion. It would be cheaper just to buy a console. *gag* Back in the day the developers gave you an option of tweaking your settings to suit your rig; now it's just a fuck you, buy a million dollar graphics card to play our games.
