And they're all of Mai Haruna.

I wish JapanX wasn't a shell of its former self --- I really want the out of print release of Japanese Super Idols Vol.20 Gold Edition: Mai Haruna.

I also own lots of authentic R1 releases of adult Anime.

I bought about 6 or 7 DVDs when I used to live in Japan. I always felt a bit weird being the only foreigner there.

When I moved back I sold them back to the video store. Got about 2 dollars for each one. Cost me about 20 - 30 to buy new. Lame.

wat do yo umean by authentic? as in dvd?

An actual DVD with the case and everything. I have 3 of them myself, I bought them before torrents were even heard of (except for the Rio Natsume video I bought last year). They're expensive and most 'DVD sellers' just download the video and burn them to CD-Rs and not the real thing.

Also ... Mai Haruna is sooooo damn sexy though. I'd love to have one of her DVDs.

Searching here could help.

Akiba-Online has a rubric titled "Your Stash". Presumably posters there (including me) actually possess the box covers and the inserts along with the DVD. :bingo:
There are good deals on used DVDs in Tokyo & Yokohama. I also do well on what I suspect are "cut-out" or "remaindered" DVDs at Don Quixote stores. That's also a good place to buy the sleeves to hold your AV DVDs if you need to breakdown your purchases.

I have 2 VHS jav tapes I picked up on a trip to Tokyo, about 10-12 years ago if that counts. :dunno:

Good point vincent. Not too many peeps find themselves over there recently. There is also the Request & Trade thread which also contains users lists. Mine is there and I own well over a 100 physical discs. Perhaps I'll take a photo next week of them it's pretty impressive.
