Stole pretty much this entire thread but oh well, thought you folks might get a kick out of it too.

men find the attraction of dating asian women an experience into the orient. Lets face it sometimes we are a bit fed up at home and we can find the allure of an asian women exciting. The non age-ist attitude within reason is also is a huge attraction. Hence many divorcees or widows look towards some asian country for their future companionship.

As you can see the reason we feel attracted to an asian women can be diverse and can come down to simply some men find them more attractive. They are generally of slighter build, average weights around the 40- 50kg . In western society women over 20 years dream of this in their never ending battle of the bulge.

Do we really know why we find Asian Women attractive. Personally I like their flawless eyes, their slim figures, their thick black hair.

Does everyone have to have the same conviction in a relationship? Lets make an international law. You can only date within your race and within say 3 years of your own age. No gays or lesbian either. Oh and you don't get to pick, there is a group of people that don't know you and they choose who you partner with. There, your Asianphile problem solved. So what if you you find others attractive, I'm sure once you get to know the person your are hooked up with, things will be fine. You will be happy, trust me. I feel any one should date any one they like. If it includes a business transaction who cares. Age, race, culture... mix things up they are more exciting. Be happy in your life as much as you can. It is really short. Do what you enjoy with who you enjoy it with. We need more happy people in this world.

I dunno, but i think asian girls would generally tend to these characteristics: less hangups, have more sex drive, more open to sex, more shy/quiet, more submissive/loyal, stay skinnier longer, and generally smarter. These are all characteristics I like and I'm sure many others (particularly asians) would find desireable.
This all stems from their upbringing in the asian culture and its emphasized importance on their family and culture. When you talk about poeole, there will always be exceptions but I think i am on the right track.

Holy god... pff, introduce me to one of these, cuz 'Asians' (Read: JAPANESE) sure as hell don't have those characteristics. "Less Hangups" .... really?? You sure? hahaha You make even the SLIGHTEST error in a relationship with a Japanese girl and you're sure as hell going to hear about it. With North American women, you can get away with lots.

As for more sex-drive... dude, real life and translated porno comic-books ain't the same. The women I found who have the highest sex-drive are North American (white) women and those who are most shy are by and large the Japanese women. Hell, took me three months, one and a half, and two months (three separate women) before they would ALLOW me to kiss them in public, let alone get totally freaky and nasty in the bedroom. Perhaps "Asian Women" are (ahem) "More Open To Sex" but Japanese women certainly are not. Why do you think J-Dudes are so into porn? Which has nothing to do with sex. A SELECT FEW of the women that frequent 'Gaijin Clubs' are open and totally freaky, however the women in Japan who are most into sex are the Philippino women. I saw a BIG FAT buddy of mine be picked up by three Philippino women and took him home to bang him, just because they wanted to try. I never saw any ugly or fat friends pick up any J-Ladies women at all.

I guess men (including me) dont know anything about women no matter how much we read or hear about them....So in a sense, do not project any real associations or assumptions about them, just sorta get it right and that should be ok. To MXS: Less hang-ups? You have not dated any Japanese chicks, have you? As for the loyalty issue, well, I've proven that wrong on many an occasion. I've been cheated on, but for every time that happened, I can name about three more instances where my date had an excuse to fool around because she was drunk, it was late, or her boyfriend was back in Japan. They just seem loyal because you're trying to pick them up. You can't. You have to leave the ball in their court and wait for them to initiate... they have to feel like they're the ones making it (rather, letting it) happen.

Regarding the stuff that Aquamarine posted, well, I can agree with in a sense. My mother is Japanese, but my looks pull more on my old man's side; it's a great combo, really-- because I'm half, I'm still "acceptable" to date with and introduce to parents, but I don't look like everyone they went to high school with. Anyways, getting back to the point... I get irritated when I see a bunch of idiots half-hanging out of their car, yelling "moshi moshi!" to every other Japanese girl on the sidewalk. Thin about it-- if your mother was Japanese and you overhear a bunch of white guys bragging about how easy it is to "bang these horny J girls", you'd get pissed too. In fact, I hear a lot of it since I don't look Asian; so they really don't watch what they say around me.

I married a Korean girl. She'd kill me if she knew I was at a japanese themed site. Anyways, I just got really tired of white girls. I don't have any racial prejudice against them, I am white myself. But after dating Hispanic and Asian girls, I just thought they were a lot more interesting than white girls. I've lived in America my whole life, being immersed in a foreign culture through a relationship with a girl from a different country gives you tremendous potential for learning and new experience.
