I'm a big fan of the Japanese porn industry. I like the creativity of fetishes, the variety of movies, the passion and dedication of the filmmakers and crew. I especially love the Japanese women, who - no matter how hardcore the movie is - always seem fragile, gentle and submissive in a dignified way.
Now I have been to Japan in several occasions, I understand a tiny bit Japanese and I feel like I've gotten a glimpse throughout my personal experience of how Japanese culture works.
I have, however, never really understood why Japanese ladies tend to generally squeal and scream and act like they're not enjoying the sex scene. Sometimes, it even looks as though they're being r***ing, even at the most normal sex scenes! They always have an expression of relief when the man is done. I know it's called "acting", but there seems to be some sort of cultural thing to it, no? So my question is (at the risk of generalizing):
I'm thrilled to get any kind of responses to my personal conundrum that has been bugging me ever since...

- Is it because Japanese men, as porn consumers, *enjoy* that behaviour in women?
- Is it because Japanese women aren't (culturally) suppose to enjoy sex and have to act like they are being forced into a dishonorable, sleazy act?
- Is it just their way to express they're enjoying something?
- Is it none of the above? (then, what is it?)
