Why is most Uncensored JAV vanilla ? Is uncensored fetish economically non viable outside japan?

it boils down to budget...big studios have money...big studios make censored movies..big studios cater to the japanese market..not you

Actually, if you factor in the amount of money an actress is paid, uncensored titles can sometimes cost a lot more than censored--and this is comparing the big names ones in both industries (ie, famous actress's first uncensored vs major label censored release).

The issue is uncensored studios may pay big bucks for the actress, but they'll then skimp out on everything else: reduced production staff number.

I've seen some good uncensored titles ruined by lack of a sound man and really weird camerawork that should have been removed in post. Things like hearing the footsteps of the cameraman and other staff members and weird zoom-in's when a quick cut is more natural, etc.

I started watching JAV with uncensored movies in 2013. Now, I almost never download uncensored content because girls seem to be less pretty than before. The only girl I still follow is actually not a one and done, and she started with censored stuff: Miki Aimoto.
