why someboday is allowed to create muti-account?

Multi-account is not allowed in the forum. However, the forum is too big and the amount of members is too large. So it won't be surprise if the mods overlooked some multi-account cases. Not to mention that it's not that easy to notice as well. So some multiple-account users might able to escape from the rules as long as the mods didn't discover it. You can say that it's based on luck. Once the mods find out, some actions would be executed.

If you suspect any multi-account cases, just click the report button. The mods will take care of it.

regarding the report you did in last few hours, you said that Autuxxxx is using multiple account. After the mods did the researches, we found out it's not true. He doesn't use any multiple-account. So your complaint report is closed.
