There is a hidden account in Windows which is a super root user. What do you do with it? Use it?

Only in emergencies, if you can't access your main account.

Set the password if you enable it. Leave it disabled otherwise.

Do you download stuff in the hidden admin? Or download with another account?

If you leave it locked, you will not be able to use it to download.
If you forget your password and can not log in, you then need to unlock the admin account.
