She is from Mother-Daughter Pairs Competing in Swimsuit Audition [DANDY-055].

Sougouwiki lists three actresses from this film, Mina Manabe (a daughter), Noriko Kago (the daughter of the mother we are trying to get to the bottom of; you can see her at left, below), and Yuriko Masuda (another mother).

Can't say she has been in anything else, but this lady has a really nice sparkle and screen presence. Hopefully, you will recognize her.

Those who would like to check out the movie, I see there is a nearly two-gigabyte Ryushare package floating about... but below is a more palatable one-gigabyte one. Too bad both file hosters are unfriendly to free downloaders, and reasonable speeds cannot be expected.

So I just ran into this one again, noticed the puzzle is still unsolved, and that the mama is as sexy-ass as ever. Enough time has passed since this was first posted, and by now I am wondering whether a new genius may be in town, possibly enjoying a Eureka! moment.
