The industry changes every 5 years or so. Some trends are popular for a while then go away. I remember in the early 2000s, when AV companies were all putting out "exposure" themed vids where they did handjobs and blowjobs, etc. in public places and outdoors. Dandy also made their bones off exposure themed videos. I know all about the ethics companies but I'm sure that after a while, the audience just wanted something new.

Do you remember when every company had a series of race queen videos? Usually with no set decorated to look like a car convention or anything, just super fit, leggy actresses dressed up as race queens (and having sex with some guy, of course) to fulfil the fantasy. The stewardess and nurse themed videos were huge for years! I actually really loved the way SOD did their nurse videos and the stewardess thing was trending with many companies for a while too.

Deep's killed it with their "In a world..." series. In a World with an Unbelievably Low Hurdle to Sex and In a World where r*** is Legal. And now it seems like all sorts of varioations of the "investigator" theme are popular. That's one that goes in and out. so to speak. Anyway, that was all my two cents but I still wanna know what you mean.
