[REQ] how to make .avi out of .iso fisting video . . .

i dl'd awhile ago the fisting video, CC-118, which i have scheduled to post in about 1/2 year from now as:

the cover is attached

the problem is the video i dled is in .iso format and is 3.91 gb in size! and the .vob file i converted it to are 5.54 gb in size!

anyone have suggestions about converting this to .avi or divx?

on 05-22-2013 i converted this video to an .mp4 using ripping software​
