This particular software is a pain to get for free. I tried(not very hard though) since I wanted to see how it worked and failed miserably. Someone eventually lent me his license so I could see for myself how disappointing it was quality wise.

Sadly there aren't any that can do this for free.

It most likely contain DRM. You need a special software that will re-encode the movie to remove it like iSkysoft DRM Removal for example.

You can always encode the 2 half separately and then join them with the appropriate container editing software(like mkvmerge for mkv's). I very much doubt it's possible otherwise, especially with meguIVit which is a very automated solution.

Why not just download the first rar and check if it's the right video? You can extract part of the video if you check "keep broken files" in winrar and most media player can play incomplete videos these days. I can tell you it's an actual video, but I haven't downloaded enough of it to tell...
