My guess is that this part between "logo" [MTCos] and volume is name/nickname of the girl on photos. (And more of her, please. I don't like too deep cosplay, but girlish theme really works well with her!)

I was talking rather about [4K-STAR] 2017-07-14 No.00950 小泉みゆき Miyuki Koizumi 「私服2」 "My clothes 2" [248.4 MB], but that third option makes things even funnier. At least this one set is quite good, most content from either 4K-STAR or RQ-STAR triggers scratching eyeballs out.

I'm quite confident, that I've seen this set years ago... Is the company assuming that nobody will remember?
