Spontaneous rarely happens. I've seen it only a few times. IIRC scene between Erica Boyer and Buddy Love where he had two money shots. Basically, he couldn't get enough of her. IMO spontaneity happens when actress demands something not in the script.

IMO BTS is either hit or miss proposition. Interviewer must ask interesting questions. Interviewed must have interesting responses. If both are dull and boring then interview will be likewise. Needless to say, subtitles would be greatly appreciated.

Good question. A star like Maria Ozawa could make big changes in JAV such as 'owning' her stage name or creating new distribution system. Dreams are made of this stuff.

It's somewhat different in US. Retired performers step behind camera to be producers, directors etc. Enterprising performers become distributors like Jenna Jameson. Some get into strip club circuit and some escort.
