I disagree. Contributors most often do read the request sections that currently exist. As for anybody else, they're not likely to be able/willing to up a file for someone anyway.

This board could really use a section specifically for members to request re-seeds of torrents or re-upping of files that have expired on file servers. It might just save having a bunch of old threads bumped constantly by people asking for those very things. :notagain: Worth a shot imo.
