You do realize there are instances where confidentiality can be breached. Although it is safer with Catholic priests generally privileged communication does not cover those considered to be dangers to the community...such as pedophiliacs. A mental health care professional or a lawyer is usually duty bound to report you to the authorities in such a case. A large collection of Jr Idol videos may be considered incriminating evidence that you are a pedophile whether or not you consider yourself such. Given the information that was provided the priest I do not see his reaction as being out of line. Asking you to surrender your collection as a show of faith that you are truly willing to walk a different path is not really unreasonable, no matter how it sounds. That may not be something you want to here but there it is. What did you expect him to do? Porn of any type, hard or soft, is forbidden material in any churches eyes and no minister would approve of it or tell you that owning such is the path to heaven. Lust is one of the seven deadly sins.

Didn't sound hypothetical. I guess the "joke" went right over my head. I am a protestant myself but I have a lot of respect for the Catholic religion. The whole not being able to marry thing for their ministers is a bit tough. A sexually repressed individual around trusting, sexually curious young people is bound to be tempted by lustful thoughts, priest or no preist.
Teachers of some sort also are commonly confronted with these issues, as well as family members and family friends. I remember once seeing a a girl, she must have been no older than 13, run out of her house stark naked and frantic. Freaked me out, I was walking on the sidewalk and couldn't have been ten feet from her. A lady came from nowhere and consoled her and some older dude was standing at the door she came from. Lots of room for speculation there. I have a handful of stories like that about people in your average neighborhood. The point is the Clergy are made up of people, just plain ordinary people, no worse than any others, just with higher aspirations.
In retrospect I suppose I took your comment too seriously and over reacted. I do that sometimes, (not a justification, just the truth).

I stay because like others I'm very interested in Japanese stuff. I study Japanese language -being doing it for over three years and my language skills still leave a lot to be desired-. I also like Asian women and newhalves. Here I can learn a lot about different stuff such as manga, etc. For instance I'm trying to learn about shibari too so I'm looking for videos related to that topic.
