There are very few surgeries that can be performed on men (Source: Dr. J. Taylor, University of Saskatchewan, Human Sexuality (383) Lecture, Mid 2008). One of them is to cut the connective tissue at the base (underside) of the penis which will give it only the APPEARANCE of being larger, although it still does the same amount of damage (it's like cutting the little connection of skin underneath of your tongue). Another is to implant artificial tubes that you pump up, not only does this increase the girth, but it also reduces the overall sensation.

I guess I could find a source or sources if you wish but I know for a fact that there are some successful girth enlargement surgeries, just ask your urologist. He would also tell you that cutting the tendon at the base of the penis is butchery and advise against it, (that is the tendon that makes it look erect!). What they usually do is borrow fat from somewhere else, like your belly, and wrap it around your penis. This will likely leave some scarring but it is more effective than the previous method of injecting fat into the penis to attempt the same results, (the injections rarely looked that aesthetic, just lumpy).

Why did I get into a discussion about this with a Urologist? Believe it or not it just came up over a few beers. He is really a pretty good friend of mine and despite the fact he makes a living inspecting penises all day, he is pretty cool to hang out with.
