Well, I honestly highly suspect AV idols like Shiraishi Marina have children, or are even married. Yes, she does seem to have a scar near her womb, but c'mon, most of the things she says during interviews seem suspicious.

One time she said her husband is mostly on business trips overseas, and that during many years he wasn't even aware. On 2017 they apparently divorced, but this seems like a mouthful. I mean, she's a famous AV actress, and his husband must worry if he's getting cheated as Marina is a gorgeous and sexy woman, so it is highly possible her husband must've known about her AV job during the first year, but yet, he didn't. On another interview, Marina stated that her mother discovered a gravure photoshoot magazine hidden under her bed (Didn't she live with her husband? And isn't it a bit naive and dumb to hide porn pics of you behind your bed?)

With the exceptions of Sora Aoi and Anri Okita, we all know that AV idols do marry and do have children... after they retire. I think AV idols like Shiraishi Marina are also good at publicity stunts. She has worked on so many fan meetings, photoshoots and adult events, that her hypothetical "husband"must've smell something fishy after a few months...

I just saw a site that basically shows they're all for sale. If you look at the older women's stomach you can tell she birthed some kids . The LED lights make it hard for younger women, but if they lactate like crazy they just had a kid.

Not a JAV actor, but Manuel Ferrara has kids (I don't know their age, but one is at least 11 or 12) and still do and produce porn scenes. His wife is a retired (?) porn actress.

almost all av actresses work in soaplands or delivery health. Even the high end ones. They hide it with fake names. there are many sites that keep track of this.

I would think you would have to be very secure in your marriage if married to someone who was or is not in the business. I don't care who they are, but any man who is married to a JAV star has to wonder if he is "measuring up" while having sex with his wife. And conversely, yes they do this for a living and yes much of this is faked, but even these women must get turned on periodically by the men they are acting with. What do they think when having sex with a husband who may bot have the size or technique to compare? It's a difficult situation all the way around.. the need to have a permanent partner and a relationship, and the need to make a living.. not easy for either sex.

It's guaranteed challenging if a marriage has JAV work involved, more so if it's continued work and not left in the past. If it's just the married couple, it could work, but if there are kids involved, I don't know how they can handle it unless the actor asks for their titles to be scrubbed or they maintain a perfectly private life.

A marriage should work because the people involved know each other's past and accept their real selves for who they are - so if a partner is involved in JAV, the other one should be perfectly content with it, maybe even turned on by it, and make it part of why they love them. Not for the fantasy of being married to a sex idol, but for knowing and loving who the person behind the artificial persona is. If the relationship is based on such feelings, then there would be little to no frustration with a partner having sexual relations with others for business.
