We can make a vote on which titles to add.
The top titles can be added subsequently when there is a new chip in.
For example if the two first titles cost 45USD each
I will add the first title now and the second title after two more chipped in (30-45+30+30-45=0).

7/29-8/5 You send PM to me (OR make a post here) with the information of the title you wanna add, only one title per member.
8/6 I will post a list of all proposed titles here.

I'm sorry, but I have a difficult time understanding what you're trying to say. What do you mean, pick which title I want to add?
