What do you mean by backups?
Right now all members have received the files.
File hosting is working OK but might be slow for free users.
FTP is also working but seems slow in some cases.
Maybe it depends on the region of the client connected.
If you can offer your FTP as an addition we could cover a wider area.

Do you have any plans concerning a private tracker?
We need the possibility to set access rights for each torrent if using it widely.

Due to a lack of proposals I change the procedure.
No proposals, request any title you want.

8/6-8/13 UTC You send PM to me (OR make a post here) with your votes.
All members of the group order can vote.
Vote for up to 3 different titles (1 OR 2 OR 3 different titles, not 2/3 votes for one title ).
State the title code like SND-26 and add a URL if possible for first votes.
You can submit/change your vote until the post of the ranking.

8/15 UTC I post the ranking here (naming the members voting for each title)
and order the first two titles (and subsequently others if more members joined).
For same number of votes cheaper one is ranked higher
but arranged such that more members get a title they voted for.

UPDATE
In the current situation I can add the first 3 or 4 titles when the vote finishes.
And subsequently others when more join before the next vote.
However titles with only 1 vote are never added (better make a new vote then).

UPDATE 2 (edited to make it simple)
The ranking is made sorting by
1. Higher number of votes
2. Higher number of voters with no vote for a higher ranked title
3. Cheaper price
4. Older release date first

4th rule is actually added now, didn't think about same price.
The idea is newer titles have still a chance of appearing for free sometime later.
(If somebody has a better idea for the ranking, come up with it.)

I already knew that YOU are not interested as you did nothing after your recent question.

However Tiger33 wanted to add titles, qwerty888 wants the SND-17 and I will vote.
So I can't agree with you that 3 out of 9 is NOBODY interested.
Two more and the majority is reached so wait with your judgement.
And titles will be added no matter who is interested or not (as this has already been decided).

Actually everything is like you proposed it to me in the beginning.
Allowing further chip in @30USD and adding further titles.
And I described it just like that in all posts until now (see below).


Full history
I hope this makes everything about the chip in and vote clear to all.
In the beginning there were 7 members.
I had already bought the titles before the chip in of everyone arrived.
phuctlyfe didn't chip in, disappeared for about two months, appeared, now ignores all my questions.
Such the members decreased to 6.
Then the chip in for further members has been enabled (see below).
4 new members made use of this procedure, now 10 members.
Now the vote is going on (see below)

(Amounts chipped in)-(cost of first titles)=(Pool for adding titles)
(10*30USD)-(210USD)=90USD

"I think it's not available on the internet."
"AVI exists but I want the ISO."

For my proposals, I don't think they are available for free.

@dylernet: Yes i am aware of that and i already have a higher resolution encode from DMM. The point is getting it in DVD ISO quality :)

Also, i would totally be in for bbb05. Can't get enough of Chiharu's massive thighs and ass.

Sad that it's not all released in HD.
I would buy a BD-ROM drive if more JAV was released as a Bluray.

If you all favor Chiharu that much I could add some free titles.
I got about 50 titles including some duplicates but it's almost entirely AVI.
I don't know which are available as Torrent or DDL.
If you have a list of already available or unavailable I may add some titles.
