sorry man, filesonic is the only reliable one for me. I experience really slow upload speeds with the rest and most of the time my uploads won't even be completed. The only other one I use is fileserve but is banned in this forum.

Perhaps try using proxies to overcome that? I've heard of some success with proxies, as well as also being able to skip the waiting time for free users. In saying that, I've never used it myself so I can't comment

Just a quick question: Is there a function within video players to remove the effects on the left and right side shown in the picture (in which case I could leave it like that and upload it anyway)? Or would I have to do some manual cropping?

PS:
It's from ALD-414 btw.
