Ah, I understand that English is not your native language but what I was hoping you'd do is give the other members a guide of how you were able to do it. That's what they want. Not simple screenshots. Of course anyone can use a VPN to access and take screenshots. You should help out the other members by telling them how they too can buy from DMM.
I think the question here is, are people trying to buy physical copies or digital.

Yeah, it was fucking horrid and inconsistent.so maybe I didn't understand at all the problem with ordering on DMM
-the problem is like you said "I think the question here is, are people trying to buy physical copies or digital.", I doubt that is the problem here, as captain said, is very difficult to sell physical porn movie worldwide, due to the very different laws in each country.
-or the problem is to buy digital movie on this only japanese website (so the first time I ordered on DMM I could put the website in english, so from there my credit card was "saved" so I have to click only on two button to buy something)
-Or the probleme is, and it's what I think, since R18, someone outside from Japan can't order on DMM and only land on the page "We don't want you here foreigner, go on R18"

Yes, there is still a bit of confusion with English but that's ok. I now understand how you're able to do this but it's quite interesting. I wonder if it's a bug. Perhaps Captain can shed some light on this. I don't think that everyone can save a card on R18 and then use it on DMM.
If you had an account on DMM before R18 and purchased items before, you still have your account information saved on DMM. In which case, he probably is using a VPN and making purchases on the card he already had registered. I mean, more power to you, it's helping pay my salary and rent!

No, no plans to remaster old titles. The cost for remastering old content and just shooting new content isn't that much. It's porn afterall, not oscar award winning films we are dealing with, no matter how much we agree they are better than the new starwars trilogy.
HD streaming is not available for monthly. Titles with HD Downloads are available for monthly channels and you can view them for the duration of the subscription. To be clear, let's say you want to watch several titles in HD only, you can download them and then for the time you are subscribed to the channel you can always view those HD downloaded movies. If you are dead set on only doing HD streaming, we offer that as video on demand per title if available in HD.
DMM.com was never accessible from outside of Japan. DMM.co.jp briefly had an autotranslated site several years ago but that closed. We have opened R18.com to help better serve our international customers.
I'm almost afraid to say this but... I can access both dmm.com and dmm.co.jp just fine and have done so for over 10 years. I live in the US. Although I have noticed that some titles are inaccessible unless going through a proxy; most notably the First Star titles.
