European laws are less restrictive on that, so they can get away with more, in america they though haven't done any of that, they've just been next to each other or on top of each other

I think like pikuseru said, birth rate are very low in japan + japanese law mentioned by paparoach so we rare to see real mother daughter or sisters in JAV doing incest act
