first score in, South Africa 1 Mexico !, just as well I did not bet on this one, my 100,000,000 dollars would have failed at the first hurdle,

대한민국 화이팅!

Take that Greece!

Too bad Argentina is gonna kill Korea ㅠ_ㅠ

i hope they wont i mean argentina had way to much chances to score but they didnt it was only 1:0 so korea may have a chance

although my prediction was wrong for the game the nice lady in the betting house saved my ass by putting 1 instead of x (my sloppy handwriting saves the day again):pandalaugh:

england was disappointing they had the chances they couldnt realize anything us of a played extremely well my gut told me to root for the country i was born in ahahahah so i played x2 although when england scored the first goal i torn the betting leaflet and had to tape it back together ahahaha

anways germany vs australia tomorrow it may end up a draw i would say 60-40 for germany to win

oh and yeah i got so wasted yesterday and today watching the games i had to puke by the amount of beer i drank :tea:

When I moved to Vancouver in 2006 and saw the huge ass crowd of Koreans during World Cup (huge international student population in downtown Van, I'm talking literally 200+ people wearing red jerseys on the street in a group) I vowed I'd be in Korea for the next World Cup to experience the real thing and here I am. God forbid they should ever make it to the semi-finals again, it would be beautiful havoc.

trully those two games were boring

germany on the other hand showed a vintage display with four goals really amusing game

tomorrow netherlands vs denmark, japan vs cameroon and italy vs paraguay

a landslide win for netherlands or so i hope

japan vs cameroon well it could go both ways

italy shitty but they can win paraguay can manage a draw or a minimum win

USA vs. England
This game was about average. I wasn't bored by it, but it wasn't the most exciting game ever, either. England scored early in the 4th minute and then never again, while America never scored at all -- sorry, Dempsey, but a soft kick into the goalie's hands followed by the goalie (deliberately!?) dropping it and then acting like a fucking retard does not count as an earned goal. Hell, everyone is calling it Dempsey's goal when it's obviously an own goal (since England's goalie clearly caught it and then dropped it, rather than it powering through his grip as a true goal might). But whatever. The Americans'll take it because they're desperate and the game ends 1:1.

Germany vs. Australia
Wow, what a first half! Poor Australia! Go, Germany, go! I tapped you guys to win it all without knowing anything about you ....... and now? Now it looks like I might have a chance at calling the winners! In all seriousness, though, I don't expect Germany to have an easy time against Spain, Portugal, or Brazil should they face them. But you never know! Germany showed that while they might be young, they are talented!

Second half ... 4-0!? Wow. I called 3-0 going into the half, and I wouldn't have been too surprised by 3-1 ... but for Germany to score as many as 4, and Australia to not manage even one? Wow. What. a. shut-out. Terrible day to be an Aussie, great day to be a German, I suppose.

i agree with you usa vs england game it was good but not that good and now rooney is injured -.-

in truth england can be lucky that their goalkeeper managed to concede just one goal

germany by far the most thrilling game so far 4 goals constantly attacking and very attractive plays

i hope that brazil will show a good and attractive game with lots of goals :joker:

Those brainwashed N.Koreans really impressed me yesterday with their performance against Brazil and you could tell it meant a lot to them. Such a shame their efforts will probably go unnoticed.

Korea's culture is all about drinking, so that's what I'll be doing regardless of what's happening during the games. 대한민국화이팅! (Republic of Korea FIGHTING!)

How the fuck did N. Korea get a football team...

And they scored one in their first match to boot, WOW! :stop:

And they scored one in their first match to boot, WOW!
