my VPN and my dedicated server are blocked out by filejoker
Filejoker is one of the worst one click hosts I have ever used. This month is the first time I brought Premium membership and its definitely the last time. First the price is relatively high compared to other hosts like uploaded but
the speed aint there at all. I never download faster then 10mb/s while I can download at 20-35mb/s on other platforms. As that is not enough they also have this download restriction of 30gb per 3 days which isnt even mentioned when you buy premium.
I feel borderline scammed to be honest, if they had mentioned the limit I would never had made a premium account. I would rather donate money to Akiba then buy premium from filejoker if that means I can download from other hosts.

Thanks for your honest opinion. Information about download limit is mentioned on our ToS page and anyone can check it at any time. Also, most of our users don't use even this available traffic fully. Besides, you can ask support to reset that limit, if required.
Oh come on, you know just as well as me that most people dont read any ToS for such services. You put it in their knowing most people wont read it because if you would put it right next to the price for everyone to see it would cost you customers.
This download limit serves as protection tool from various leechers, account sharers and various other cheaters. If you need this limit reset, you can always contact our support and they will happy to help.
You seem to imply that leechers, sharers and cheaters make up the bulk of your userbase. I'm not any of those things, and to be labelled as such, grouped them with and subsequently penalized because of it is just bad practice. Why not simply penalized users that do that, and leave more for the rest of us? How is it that nearly every other host in 2017 doesn't have this limit? If you can't afford the bandwidth, just say so, don't pretend this is about protecting users.

With the current limit I should be able to download 300~310 gig per month. But I download maybe 100 gig. And I want to do so in a few days. In about 90 minutes I have reached the limit and have to wait 3 days before I can continue. But by then most of the files are already deleted from your server(s)
So if you could please reset my limit (or keep the files long enough on your server(s), so I can download them, or best option, raise the limit).

I feel that 30 GB per 3 days is too low for me.
Normally I download 40-50 GB per day. Would you please reset the limit or any best option filejoker do for me.
I plan to use filejoker for longterm.
I use fiber optic internet which make 30gb limit reach very fast.

And how about changing the "No free download slots" check to prior to the 2 minute wait. If I've got to stare at your site for 2 minutes, the least you can do is make sure there's an "open slot" available. Yes, I realize it will let you know if there are no slots available prior to that, but it also kicks you out if the slots are all used up during that 2 minute wait. To click on "open link" and be redirected to the "no free slots" garbage is... annoying.
We have reseted your traffic. Next time, please, just contact our support team and we will be happy to help you! This way is much faster.
