@eshwaa, your files shouldn't be in premium only mode. So, we have reset all settings to default for your account. Also, we would recommend to be careful with settings and contact webmasters manager with any matter regarding affiliate program to get help faster.

@Casshern2, it's just individual case and as I know this situation was resolved successfully already.
Yes, was about to post back that all is resolved. And quickly! Thanks!

Please add an option to allow users to decide whether the security is on or off. When the account name matches the user who disabled the security option, don't ask for the captcha. It breaks 3rd party uploading softwares. There are too many restrictions on web upload and FTP upload. With web upload, I cannot just add hundreds of files and go sleep. With FTP upload, it's too slow and simultaneous connections are limited, and it takes extra time to get links from the file manager.

Not all users use the same account & password on various websites (Crackers usually create phishing websites or crack websites and add backdoors on login pages to collect usernames & passwords. And they use the list to steal accounts all over Internet. Hence you could see they stole accounts without any failures or just 1 ~ 2 failures). The new security improvement only can prevent users from fully automatic cracking. When users have sufficient knowledge and tools to avoid such circumstance, you should give them more convenient options. If it's too hard to implement (although I don't think so), at least you should let us add static IP addresses to the whitelist. In addition, the two-step authentication is the true solution to improve the security. It also won't bother a machine anymore once it ever logged on an account successfully. Your current reCAPTCHA mechanism just need a redirection to the crackers' user interface. They can hire someone to select right soultions manually and user accounts are still stolen in a lesser efficient way. The "improvement" just retards the cracking work a little. It doesn't help much, but bothers uploaders a lot.

It only took me 10 seconds to schedule my upload jobs and I could go sleep, and it only took me 1 second to get all download links when I waked up. Now it becomes more than 30 minutes. It's too hard to work with you in such way.

@Munakata Actually, it's unsafe to use 3rd party software. But thanks for your feedback, we will think about it.
Yes, I know it's unsafe, but it really saves a lot of time. I observed that I have to click a confirmation link before changing the payment info, so the only risk for me is that all my files might be deleted by the author. However, I have a 24TB storage server in Netherlands (LeaseWeb) and the monthly bandwidth is 100TB. Therefore, you know the latency between my server and FileJoker's servers is almost zero, and re-uploading tens of terabytes to FileJoker is very easy for me, i.e., I can send 9.88 TB to FileJoker's servers within 24 hours (120MBytes/sec * 86400secs). Furthermore, my passwords is generated and maintained by KeePass so they are completely unique per service per website. Although the author may have a way to see my FileJoker's password, he cannot get my email password. Of course, I have never run the 3rd party software on my home computer.

By the way, I noticed that the current PPS rate is 51% for new sales from my download link and 30% for sales from reseller. It's a little different from the earlier discussion in this thread. Does it mean that the 51% ones are treated as rebills because I took over other uploaders' referrals?

@Munakata Unfortunately, not every partner follow recommended security measures. But we have to think and care about all of our partners, customers and their security. Also, please note that transaction fee is included in the price. You can contact our webmasters manager to get detailed calculations.

I've asked the support email and no response yet:

Question. I just saw the following:

Traffic Available: 30 MB (Renews automatically every 5 days)

Unless I'm just not remembering, I didn't think I had used any FileJoker traffic to download much if anything over the last 5 days, especially almost 50GB worth. Does the traffic include what others download from my links? If not, would that mean my login has been compromised and someone has been using my download traffic?

Well, I was not able to download anything from Filejoker yesterday because I somehow had only 30MB left. This morning I have 12 left. What gives??

I haven't seen that yet but I heard one other member mentioning they were getting captchas. Are you using jdownloader? If you are try removing filejoker from your hosters list in jdownloader and re-add it. I've had to do that before when it wouldn't recognize my account as a premium one.
