It would be nice if I could download more than 10GB a day (50 every 5 days). Makes collecting very frustrating and time consuming, I actually have to plan ahead

Also my account gets suspended almost every other day because I use a VPN. I would think most people with any sense would use VPN as standard these days. So I have to email support over and over again.

We really need to look at alternative sponsors

@handyman, as we told a few times before about traffic limit, this is protection system to avoid various leechers, account sharers and various other cheaters. You can always contact our support and they will happy to help you with this matter and reset available traffic, if required. By the way, most of usual users don't use VPN and it's also security measure to keep safe premium account and its available traffic.

I canceled my FileJoker premium. I clicked on the one for $14.95 and by the time they got around to charging my card by some wierd 3rd party site, I got charged $29 without ever being told that there would be extra fees involved.
I would gladly pay $15 a month over and over if uploaders would be able to quickly react to re-up requests or if File Joker wouldn't delete files so darned quickly. I won't pay $29 each month, not for so little in return!
Now that someone from File Joker is paying attention here... Has the problems with having to pay nearly double the advertised price been fixed? The last time I joined File Joker, I selected the $14.95 option and got charged $29.

@BudEWiser, different payment gateway providers have different transaction fee, so you can try different payment methods, for example, Bitcoin has no any extra fees.

Can you work with your payment gateway providers to make these fees transparent? It was a huge surprise to me when I finished checking out only to find out that my card had been charged nearly double what I thought I was going to get charged. In fact, if it wasn't so much of a hassle, I would have done a chargeback over that!
If it was on the first page of the transaction "FileJoker - $14.95" "Service fee - $14.05" "Total: $29.00" we would actually have the option of deciding not to bother with that method and chose another, rather than "Surprise, we didn't bring lube!" after you pay. I would happily pay 10-15, maybe even 25% extra for the convenience of using my credit card, but nearly 90% is just ridiculous!

For those of us without a stockpile of bitcoin, that's also just as expensive! Pay $100 and by the time you've paid the exchange rate and mining fees, you get like $45 in bitcoin. When the fees were lower, it made perfect sense, but now if you don't have a ton of money to throw around, you're pretty screwed.

@MaxFJ Thank you for the replies.
I guess I will give it a shot again sometime. The last time I joined was with a credit card and I was not informed of the steep fee before hitting the pay button, but it could have just been a fluke or prior to all payment processors displaying the fees honestly. It has been quite a while since that happened.

Sometimes download fails with just a 7-byte file containing an error message from actual file hosting server saying "No File"; why is the full volume of the expected file still deducted from transfer limit then?

@granatnik, it's really too rare cases. You can ask uploader to reupload this file and our support team can reset your traffic.

most cases they do when next time online

I just discovered that two of my files in my user account files list have been highlighted in red.

Somebody knows what does it mean ?
