@Kosidius, yes, VPN is allowed for VIP premium accounts. By the way, using VPN can't be a reason of account suspending, as a rule there are a few factors in summary.

If that's the case, you really should change the caption above. If you tell me "Pick images or colors similar to the above", that's not what I'm understanding at all. The only valid one I can see would be 3rd from the 3rd row in the example above because the colors are the same. The triangle shape from the 1st row is different enough that I wouldn't think it would be right since it's a different rotation and size. And if we have to pick more than one in that example, then I would fail and get angry because of how unclear what we need to pick is. And if similar shape is all we need, then it's only the triangle that would be right and the colors in the caption is just misleading.
That's the worst captcha system I've ever seen, I hope FJ changed it back to some sensible ones asap.
don't forget the trucks. i had a hard time with the pictures of the trucks. i didn't complain about it here because ... well, in my experience, complaints and complainers at akiba are not always welcomed. so instead, i made an oblique reference to the problem elsewhere with the following posts hoping that some other schmuck would take up the cause:
naturally, this flew under the feet of the better part of the community, and the few that got it had the good sense to ignore it and just rolled their eyes thinking "there's ol' barba, being oblique again". but as long as you are determined to make improvements, keep the trucks in mind.

I'm having problems since friday. Download managers can't connect and says "server error 503 connection limit reached". When I opened the link via web browser, speed was too slow (200kbps). That happened 'till today. Now via web browser it says "connection limit!". And can't download files. And download managers simply says "file not found". Needless to say, it continues to consume my download quota even though I can't download any file.
Oh, btw: I have paid a premium vip membership.
edit: Today the problem persist. But on download managers only downloads a 7b file. And that still consumes the original file size (wich is 2gb) of my quota.
No answer from staff.

If you have any issues, please contact to our support to get help and provide links to such files you have issues with: https://filejoker.net/contact or you can just PM me with all details. Also, as an option you can ask uploaders to reupload such files.
Since support can't do much because of a file problem, they reseted my download quota, that works as a solution. Download speeds are still real slow. I'm trying to solve that with my local internet provider.

I tried to sign up to filejoker but I don't find any kind of free account. It's off because they say in their FAQ they allow to create free accounts or that's what I understand:

I think from memory, when you click the login tab on the top right, there is a register option. So enter the user name and pw you want and then use the register option.
Hope that helps un;ess Filejoker has changed it.
They seem to have changed it because there's no option to sign up other than the premium and the premium vip from his screenshot.

Out of curiosity, how do you access it by navigating on the website? I tried every link I could see and can't find either the registration page you linked or the resellers page.
Kinda weird to not put it in the sign up page which is where 99.9% of people will look, unless you don't want them to find it.

Hi, everyone. I want to buy a filejoker premium VIP key from filejoker.net using paypal. The whole process is just quite strange for me so I want to ask for other's opinion. I did everything on filejoker.net homepage and up to paying using my paypal account is quite straight forward, but in the beginning it only charge me 0.01 Europe and send me an email said that I have to click on the link in that email to some other side to purchase an ebook item, but told me not to worry that I will get a 90 days premium key instead. From this point I was not very comfortable to keep going so I didn't click on that link. I message filejoker's contact yesterday but I got not reply so far, so just want to ask everyone that is this the normal process for buying a VIP key from filejoker? Sorry for the long message.
