Rule #16 amended:

Exclusive Uploaders are exempted from this rule and are allowed to use filesonic/fileserve/etc. But it will be inconvenient because posts will be put in a Moderation Queue, awaiting a staffmember's attention.
 
Rule #6 updated:

When posting DVD rips or .ISOs, you must include the DVD code(s), enclosed in square brackets, at the very left of the thread title before everything else. Like this: [DVD-12345] It should be exactly as it is on the cover image, capitalization and hyphen included. If the DVD cover image is too small to make out the DVD code, you won't be penalized.

has the new rule been added to the JIC rules as well?
 
New members will only be able to post 15 threads in a 24 hour period. This is not a "rule", just a spam control we have implemented and is fully automated.
 
rule 10 has been modified.

adding a new post to an existing thread just to add new file hosters is double posting in the meaning of thread bumping - use the edit button instead.

rule 14 had been modified:

14. For torrent postings, attach the .torrent file(s) to the first post in the thread. Refrain from using external torrent-file hosts. Torrent section is for torrents only, it is not allowed to add direct downlads links to torrent threads / posts as we have a separate section for direct downloads.
 
some members are now posting repeat requests in the DDL sections, like links are dead once is enough, at the moment links are going down very quickly, that is happening, but some threads are becoming more annoying with up to five posts in a row, I go in there thinking there is a new link, but no it is another same request for dead link, it is as annoying as spam, and I will start treating it as such, so please be aware that we know what is going on
