Me too, I rewatch my favorite titles all the time. Which is why streaming with no download option (and to a lesser extent, DRM) is annoying for me.

A difficult situation indeed. The impact STEAM has had on game piracy due to the concept of "provide a better product than the pirates do, the problem is with the distribution method" - may not translate for porn.
It would take a long time of cultural change to get more people buying porn so you can have overall lower prices, but much higher rates of purchases. Within Japan, piracy is not as common as in the rest of the world.
A lot of people these days would laugh at the idea of paying for music or paying for porn. Porn is probably right at the bottom of the barrel from that aspect, especially when you have generations grown up on the idea that piracy is just the normal default behavior.
It is hypocritical since I am a pirate myself though I have bought many titles that are my favorites. I don't see any way for JAV to provide a better distribution model for the west without taking a huge risk that might not turn a profit for a fair amount of time. R18.com without the DRM would be near perfect, but I can't see it ever happening for a long time. The idea of buying porn has to become normalised, or studios must adapt against piracy. Studios could have crowd funded clips where suggestions from the fans are actually used based on their payment.
Studios can fight piracy, but it's a fight that you ultimately cannot win. Sure you might have a lot of people that would never buy your product, but there are plenty that will once their problems or expectations with the current distribution model are solved - if you aren't interested in doing what you can for these people then you could just be digging your own grave.

I've seen porn crowdedfunded only once before, but I don't think it went well.
Everyone has titles that have scenes they've jerked off to again and again, but that's still pretty rare. Porn is still very much by the numbers. Studios need to keep churning out content over and over or their userbase will grow bored. Perfect scenes and perfect castings certainly exist, but that's still not enough and users will always want more, more, more.
(Some) JAV studios are slowly, but surely realizing the distribution model they've been working with for so long may need a rehaul. You've companies starting to open more to the west with DMM's R18 being the most visible example. Though not all JAV studios are fond of how they're operating.
Their DRM is a big hindrance. I think DRM *may* have some merit if you're dealing with 100% exclusive content, but when 99% of what you sell is already available to be purchased as easily rippable physical media, then there really isn't a need for DRM. DMM's competitor DUGA actually has titles both with and without DRM.
Our own site is DRM-free and we bring this up with studios when we first license with them. Pretty much what I wrote above plus the general malaise about DRM that many A-O members have voiced is what I tell them and there's never been an issue yet about the DRM-free route. Some can be pretty numb to the internet. One asked me about our 'copy guard' protection (ie DRM), and then I had them open up Google and randomly type in any of their title's catalog numbers. Let's say they were shocked, angry, and their otherwise happy day become anything but. 'Copy guard''s pretty pointless if people are going to rip from the DVD/BR and then upload to the net.
There's no point in locking down digital content if you're also going the physical route.

I've seen it before but I no longer have the movie. As I recall it wasn't great. I'd say Ayumu Sena's greatest gokkun work would be IPSD-048, KV-115, and an older Tokyo Hot release she did early in her career under a different name, Aiko Hirose. n0504 I think. She's always been one of my favorite gokkun actresses, and I feel she's very underrated!
I have KV-102 and KV-115 with her. I thought this could be good too, but you write is not as good as the screens shows. In my opinion she is very interesting, she has got great figure, although her swallowing is not as great as Airi's but I like her style of acting.
One of my all-time favourite bukkake/gokkun scenes is scene 1 of RCT-264 featuring Ayumu Sena. She looks really cute in that one. In other videos that I've seen, I think they tried to present her as sexy - heavy makeup and all that - and maybe she doesn't look as good that way.

In my opinion DJE-068 was very bad. I know it was her first gokkun, but there were actresses who show potential at first movies. There were unneceseary throat fucking scenes. Her swallowing was very neuter. I think this is not her genre...or I'm too demanding ;p

In gokkun natural expression is important while swallowing: big enthusiasm (like Airi Natsume) or gentle grimace (like Mayu Yuuki). Yukari showed none of these emotions, so I dare to say she will ruin my favourite scene.
