There is a bit of confusion over the defintion but basically there are many varying factors and there is no set price.

The ones I see at such cheap rate are not very desirable... i won't mind pay 200+ USD for an hour, with an average an above girl as long as foreplay and kissing was included as well as multiple rounds if time permitted. they trickly part is that you hear a lot of stories where the guy payed of an hour but the girl leaves as soon as you cum the first time regardless is you lasted 5 min or 50 min.
