Not many places cater for foreigners, but I've met a couple of escorts in Japan from an agency that will provide for foreigners. Sorry for the offtopic but I realized "kikaku" is what's translated as "planning" in Jav titles and is a category at Javlibrary. What does it really mean?

Kikaku basically are the type of actresses who opt or unable to take on lead roles. If there are titles that feature a large cast of women but with only one big name, then the other women are kikaku models. Sometimes they are just wallflowers and don't do anything sexual, but simply exist. Other times they may do things sexual as well but are never the main show. Othertimes titles will only star kikaku models and you'll notice this because the names of them are rarely on the box cover (or if they are, they're on the back and very tiny).
