ok so I hung out with this friend of mine over the weekend, and I learned a whole bunch of things (from what I remember, it was a fun night), …

The Japanese do not think they are dealing with some kind of mandingo, its just cheap and convenient!! Same with yuji gomez who basically does it for fun, hardly anyone buys it and the quality is mediocre but whatever, when overheads are so low just release the occasional title and it will make a few yen!! Thisis also a reason why it is rare to see 2 girls v 1 guy, but many the other way round…much cheaper to hire the guys!
-budgets are falling all the time for many studios, and as such conditions are worse for actors, which is why certain ‘usual suspects’ no longer appear in IR AV, pay is shitty and hours longer and a lot of the time they do not even get to do real cumshots! For example a lot of the Bermuda and fitch recent titles are mostly fakeass ‘creampies’, actors may do a whole days shoot and not even cum (the Amy yoshikawa recent title with fitch in the sex scenes and the IR scenes in the Bermuda av with Saryu Usui did not have a single real cumshot). (that said its not really a racist thing, shitty conditions are the rule nowadays and if an actress does not churn out titles on the daily like Sora Shina and Yui Hatano you can bet youre bottom dollar they are doing ‘something’ on the side to make a living)
-if you are a white/latino or whatever it is easy to get into AV…as long as you have good Japanese, know the culture, live in Japan, can deal with the long hour, shitty pay, maybe not even getting to nut (as mentioned above!) and even better if you can sell yourself and are regularly avialable. as you can tell from the lack of non-black IR, there are not a lot of those guys!! I was told that studios would be willing to try it, pay the guy hardly anything and see how it goes….worked for yuji gomez!
