You can indeed get breast implants done on an already seemingly perfect big breasts, do note that the Japanese tech on breast surgery are some of the best. They're not the kind you see on Western chicks, where it's all bloated up like a giant solid baloon.
Imagine that, just a slight, very small boob 'lift' job done under an already beautiful big breasts.
It kinda lift the breasts up, helps it achieve full cup form, without appearing fake, since all that jiggly goodness is still there.
To that I am pretty sure those like Anna Natsuki, and Yumeno Aika had undergone this slight transformation.
Even gravure idols like Anri Sugihara. Heck Yumeno Aika has a similar body to young debut Sora Aoi.
It's hard to tell. The bigger and the more 'fatty' it is, the harder to spot.

I'm not sure based on what you think that some are "modified" while others are natural. If I look at them they look very similar - their breasts I mean.
There is rampant augmentation of "already beautiful" breasts in JAV? And in such subtle ways that probably no one will notice? It is hard to believe. Money and surgery for little/no difference. The benefit/cost ratio is so low... how much would such surgery improve the sales of a JAV?

You guys have to consider that JAV idols aren't representative of the female population of Japan. Maybe they have certain assets that brought them into JAV in the first place, assets such as big breasts. These girls weren't chosen randomly.

yes I agree with you, if we look at GAS and other BBW labels, seems they are many chubby big breasted girls in Japan
and for me better to look chubby girl with big boobs than chubby girl with small boobs
In JAV, the girls may have enhanced breasts and may wear some make-up, but it doesn't look horribly fake. In American porn, most top models seem like Barbie dolls, with too much surgery not very well done and lots of make-up. I wouldn't enclose European porn together with American porn in the "Western" label, because it's very dependant of the country. Agreed - Sora's boobs are fake but it is one of the absolute BEST boob jobs ever done. No obvious scarring, implants that match the breast shape and they fall naturally too. They are sublime - her surgeon earned their pay that day!

Having said that, fake boobs aren't a turn off. They are quite firm, but not silicone firm and they still bounce around.
Really good surgeon if they really are fake, not like those titties that you can tell are fake instantly just by looking at a picture.
Definitely siding with Aimi's being real. Look natural and pass the nipple size test.

I think that they are real. For one they have that tear shape to them. plus they don't to seem to be any visible scares and her nipple match her breast size. But more that any thing
