Yes ok I can agree Momok could have a moderate boob job. I agree that for the same bust size, say E-cup, a pre-2010 E-cup idol is more suspicious than a post-2010 E-cup idol. Basically post 2010, actually perhaps the division year is even later... Maybe the division is 2013...
Anyway since a few years ago, there have a lot more busty idols. The number of busty idols increased from a few (maybe 5% of all idols?) to many (maybe 40% of all idols?). Most of the busty idols look quite good, even if it's hard to be sure about natural vs fake. Another trend is that it used to be obvious fakes tits are extremely rare. In the "old" days, an obvious fake bust would never appear as a mainstream (non-amateur = idol with a name). Now the number of obvious fake increased from zero to a few.
Now thinking it more deeply... I don't even know where I get the idea pre-2010 (or pre-2013) idols are more suspicious. It could be the other way around, almost every month you see a new fresh face with big big boobs. What's the chance most of them are real???
Anyway, I don't buy your argument about synchronized bouncing of the left and right teats in one short clip proves anything. There is absolutely nothing about the plastic surgery that would increase or decrease synchronicity of the two bouncy boobs.
Look what I can accept is that some boob jobs (famously found on many American porn stars) are very easily and/or definitively proven on screen. When in some posture the misshapened tit is not only obvious (which is excusable) but downright revolting ugly. The other kind is the twin bowling balls. Super round, super rigid, looks more like a blunt force weapon than nourishment for hungry babies and horny men, but at least never become misshapened so either you like it or you don't like it.
The misshapened kind is still very rare, at least rare in mainstream JAV. Thankfully.
The twin bowling balls are the kind that's becoming a minor niche in JAV. Kurea Hasumi is the top example on my mind. There are others, especially combined with the black gyaru look. I understand some folks love them, but not I. They are easy enough to avoid, thankfully. Or if not avoidable (e.g. orgy vid with other fav girls), they aren't ugly enough to cause erectile dysfunction.
Other than these two types, the not-too-aggressive, half-to-one-cupsize boob jobs are not so easy to detect. E.g. Aimi... yeah I believe hers to be real too, but how can I be sure?? And does it matter? All I ask is that they look believeable, not too wrinkly and saggy (Kaho Shibuya is maximum sag, AFAIK), with not too much blue veins, and large (size is only the fourth requirement).
