i really dont understand this topic .ha .if high school girl was r*** maked them look bad so what about loli or shota was cheated to fuck.
may be the boss of japaneses power have very neat kind of thinking .
Well... I HOPE that it's not (just) about saving face for the Olympics or for some foreign Authority.

The long accepted rule of censoring the genitals has created lots of problems and distortions. That's inevitable when some "boss of japaneses power" just sat there and make up (semi) random rules.

If there's going to be censorship, I argue it should not be a fixed rule saying you can't show X (let's X being pubic hair, or open vagina, or high school, or outdoor nudity/sex). It should be a light-touch, specific issue-focus solution.

Pick an example, Japanese are not making enough babies. That's a real social issue. I think it's primarily an economic issue (20-30 years olds lacking economic confidence) but there's a cultural and carnal aspect to it too. AV and other otaku entertainment is doing too good a job satisfying our biological needs. Here I put blame to the mosaic genitals rule. Even married couples think that sex is dirty and disgusting. I am afraid within 10 years or less, VR+ technology will be better (meaning more pleasurable) than real intercourse for most people. I think it will be a disaster for humanity.

I think shrinking population, young men and women losing interest in dating, marriage, sex, making babies and raising kids and even losing interest in opposite sex altogether, is a far more serious problem than looking bad to foreigners due to JAV. And some genre of JAV is partly responsible for validating or promoting a otaku lifestyle that JAV is not just a fapping aid or distraction or "transition stage while I keep looking for real sex with a real woman (and eventually a wife)"

So ... I admit I am a fan of kinky sex, e.g. anal sex. But it's not right that kinky, or criminal acts (such as incest and r***) become too common, too popular, too dominant. If too many boys/young men got the wrong idea about what is morally right or wrong about sex, maybe there need to be some top-down control.

You talk about it like every AV will gone after 5 year from the sales date :haha:
That's an in-house procedure which the girls can take if they choose to, nothing more :awas:
Even if the girls decide to do that they may need a lawyer at least, its not something that will happen automatically after the girls fill a piece of paper

And for digital it only affect monthly pass/subscription
Unless they are willing to refund you, you will still have what you buy even if they stop selling it

True. Porn will exist ass long as sex retains it's allure.

But I was thinking more of names that leave their mark on AV history and whose feat had never been repeated such as Koto Hikaru and the Yamaguchi Sisters.

ball7: that one's staying blue for me. I'm a fan of Tokyo Kinky, but Junior Idols is one step away from CP. Anyone who gets off on that has some *serious* issues.

Tokyokinky has written an interesting article about what happends to Japan's junior idols.
http://www.tokyokinky.com/mai-ozora-porn-debut-kana-minami-japan-junior-idols/

They didn't pick Miu Nakamura as the subject to write about ? Base on her testament in her latest release, she lost her virginity at age 13 right before she make her debut at age 14 in 2005. Retires in 2012 at age 21, announcing that she have a child and is getting hitched. Then reports surface that she is doing Fuzoku rounds in Nagoya in 2016 before she makes her porn debut this year.

so they did a little, they usually keep up with things as they are happening, so that's why they wrote about Kana Minami

Well, just feel that if they want to write something dramatic about Junior Idols, they could expand with the rumours surrounding Nakamura throughout her life.

Especially when she went on haitus for about 6 months in 2007 and a relative of hers was arrested later. A belief was that Nakamura was being kept as a sex slave by that relative during that period. Based on her latest confession, it might not be surprising she was r***ing or coerced into having sex in her early teens.

not really there style, they've always kept things fairly simple, TokyoReporter are the ones that go in depth, but they haven't wrote much about jav lately

Yes agree with this, it was a scandal and big news when she vanished - I would say pimped out to high bidders and maybe even AV producers -

What is certain is that she was about 16 years then and no legit AV studios would dare to touch her. Unless Nakamura speaks out on what exactly happen, we can only speculate.

But what I want to know is how do people here feel about watching an AV of a possible r*** and sexual abuse victim ? Nakamura doesn't seem to an easy life with her looking older than her 26 years of age.

Congrats. Now the question is will she will invoke the 5 year rule come April and request that all her past releases be expunge ? All the more respect to her if she still allows them to circulate.

0.00% chance Sora Aoi would, she's one of the biggest stars in Asia because of it, so it's not something that can be expunged from her history. Besides we still don't know who will actually follow those "regulations"

I agree with your asessment in particle terms. The internet will remember her.

But what if theoretically she want to invoke the act as a gesture of goodwill ? I mean if an icon such as her were to do so, it will empower the act and gives it a lot of weight. Will you agree with her purging her past ?

She still depends of her av fame and uses the stage name unlike Saori Hara. Through time like marriage might affect her decision like shu qi regretting her softcore, but if she does tries to remove her works then she'll get hit by more negative shaming on social media.

How would having her stuff removed after getting married show things as an act of goodwill? Just be more of the "I regret now i want all my stuff gone" A big act like her having all her stuff removed would more likely cause less companies to want to join because they won't have a backlog at all
