ah i worded that all wrong, so Marica Hase went over in what 2012? she was already a performer who did everything, but she had to do all that to a higher degree just to get recognized and even with all that she's a lower tier person. Yeah you are absolutely right, you can't make a splash in Western porn if you don't atleast do anal, you would have to be a knockout beauty like Breanne Benson to coast by, and Hitomi isn't one. Marica Hase wouldn't even be known in Western porn if she wasn't one of the few Asians to take black and Rocco Siffredi in her hershey highway.

Thats true she's not a JAV star and she hadn't previously done porn...however when she started she was an unknown asian girl trying to make it in the industry just as a JAV actress trying to cross over would be largely unknown to the Western audience. So I think this is a fair comparison. My point was simply that she didn't have to do anal or DP to make a big impact.

And I fully agree with you ... most women in western porn have to go the backdoor...l just wanted to put forward an Asian example that didn't have to. Your also right about Hitomi, l doubt those humongus tits are going to be enough.

I guess american pornstars are popular for japanese audiences, but not the opposite ?

I wonder if Julia, Ai Uehara, Hibiki Otsuki make porn in USA for US market, how many western porn audiences will know that they are big names in Japan ?
