Im shocked.....
December 10th seems to be the date of her passing. I could only find one article about it from ameblo jp and the information is limited. Some tweets from fellow actresses etc.

I was in the same boat as you. My initial reaction was to delete everything and never watch her videos again. Maybe it's becuase I feel a sense of guilt in a way by watching her work throughout her career, and now knowing where it all ended.
After some thought I decided it would not be the right thing. To simply forget about her is a worse fate then anything to be honest.
In the end I decided to keep a select few titles, early ones where she seems to have it the best. Smiling and laughing with gentle sex. There are some of those. I'm going to purge everything else.

There are quite a few early VR titles of her, all or mostly natural with gentle sex. Even though they are 4K, the quality is some of the best until 8K. I remember you telling me you liked DSVR-1120 a lot. She was very talented at VR indeed and deserves to be remembered.
Side note;
The studios continue to drop new titles with release dates 20 days after her passing, it makes me ill. I don't know what the procedure is in the industry when this happens but, in the last 4 years I've only seen 2 or 3 cases of this happening. Maybe most of them go under the radar, retired actresses and so on and we never know.

Don't worry, the theme fits perfectly because she was a beloved actress in the VR world. I am still in shock, too. She was so young...
There is an article posted on Zenra's blog talking abot her death, criticizing the same as you: that studios are going to keep releasing titles after her death.
It's inevitable to feel a bit guilty, after all we are consumers of her work. The problem is that we don't know what's behind those smiles. If the girls are in JAV because they see no other way to win money, or because they want to make a quick buck and it's not a moral problem for them. I always think they are pretty and young, they could work as waitresses, sales clerks, even models. So it seems that going to JAV is something they do voluntarily. But we don't know the pressures they are under.
Many of them seem to like it, or tolerate it, they look happy and have been in the industry for many years. We don't know if the tragedy of Nanami is a personal issue or that She hadn't received help, or hadn't accepted it.
Nanami always seemed distant, but I thought it was because of her shyness. I don't know if I'll actually get to watch any of her VRs again, honestly. In POV VR is much more difficult than in flat.
I am worried that the same thing could happen to Kudou Rara / Itou Haru, she has been very thin for a few months. I don't plan to buy o download anything of her until she fully recovers. May she retire temporarily or permanently, but let's not have another tragedy....

I guess you are right, we don't really know anything really besides what we see. And yes, I'm worried about her too, even more so now.
I am leaning towards the cause being more related to long term mental health issues, rather then her just being in AV. Pobably prior to AV Im guessing. I'm sure it only made it worse though for sure. Look at this article and that wierd picture. Maybe she entered AV to be able to afford changing her body so much.

I know everyone feels differently about these things, but I would hold off on deleting her VR stuff if you are contemplating it. Maybe you end up looking differently at it later on.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not telling you what to do or anything, just In my experience VR is hard to reaquire compared to regulare vids. Personally I might regret such a decision later on. What's a few gigs on a NAS or an HD these days anyway right?
Side note;
The rules around AV in general got stronger last year or two. I think the studios will come to their senses eventually, and her titles to be completely gone from commercial sites not long from now. Titles with multiple active actresses will remain aswell as physical copies in stores though. There is a 3 year rule where an actress can decide to have all her work removed from commercial sale too. I hope it ends well in her case.

Yeah I'm looking forward to this one, both great performers and they don't do VR that often. Btw is it just me, or did Aqua studios significantly improve recently? I used to skip all of their scenes because of poor direction and image quality.
I used to have some older 4K Aqube VRs, I assume It's the same studio. I kept a couple due to few VRs from a specific actress, but the quality was mostly meh but some quite good. Hit and miss really. Let's see how this one is, I'll take Urara VR anyday.
At the moment I will not delete her VRs, as you say it is a way to remember her. But for sure, I won't watch them for a long time, if I ever watch them...
They have improved technically, the image quality is much better and so are the camera shots. But for me they represent everything I hate about JAV VR: sex scenes with clothes up to the eyelashes, and / or camera miles away. I think it's one of the few studios I've never bought a single VR from.
But it's great that you recommend titles different from mine, so there's more variety. Surely my tastes are in the minorities.

I always liked her. She looks like a different person now though, but I think she looks amazing. The right weight in my opinion, more mature looking and damn that haircut looks good her.

Nah, I don't know anything more the the previous poster. I also found out from another article who mentioned that the source of news was her friend Moratarium Hamada's twitter. Link to that account in the post just above this.
@Walle12 OK, I bought PRVR-046 first with the aim of getting the other 3 if I was happy. Plus that isn't available online elsewhere for download.
However, I'm not happy that no matter which version I try to download, I get the circular version. Am I doing something wrong? Its strange cos the other 3 vids I have of her are not like this.
I might still get them anyway just to show some support, but I'll be quite annoyed if all their vids are like this.
Edit: As it seems, changing the mode to Fisheye fixes everything so that it doesn't really look much different from 3D aside from less space at the edges. That's only a problem with harem titles where there are other girls around the sides, but its just fine if you stay focused mostly in the middle. Without fisheye mode when the video is circular, the picture is distorted down the middle.

I bought all of them years ago....
Prestige, KMP and others shot some of their VRs like this a few years ago. It's called Fisheye and it's the higher quality version, plus it offers more FOV, you see more image and less black all around. All you have to do is select Fisheye in the Format section (Projection) in the player, which player do you use?
