Yeah, there's a lot good things about her. One thing that stands out to me is her gentle voice- makes any scene with her feel like GFE.

That promoted them from automatic skip, to "maybe worth checking out sometimes"Now at the bottom for me is probably KIWVR - every other scene is the same massage/soap land scenario or a random scene shot with a low quality moving camera
I haven't seen anything new from her either. I hope she shoots some movies in VR. She's done a lot, so let's hope so. Like I said I liked her "plumb" version, but it's true she looks stunning now.

For some reason, Japanese girls don't look good with blonde hair. Maybe because there are very few natural blondes and the color looks "weird".
I don't know any Japanese blonde actresses that I like the way they look, but it seems that Japanese people do, because there are quite a few who dye their hair blonde. I don't even download those movies.
For me the worst studios are Casanova and Aqua, because they always place the camera very far away, they hardly shoot face-to-face missionary or cowgirl, and there is hardly any interactivity. They don't shoot VR, they shoot boring 3D movies, it's like you're always looking at the TV, instead of inside the scene. I think in all of 2023 I've only watch one Aqua movie, where they did put the camera pretty close, with face-to-face scenes.
Then there would be KIWVR. I hate oil, and all the films are with oil, and with the mediocre camera shots, as you say.
But for me KMP is not far behind, they could be the best by far but they only film boring clones full of clothes and filmed in slow motion. There are movies where the girl barely move... 80% of their footage is a distant blowjob or the girl sucking the guy's nipples, and then in the remaining 20% they try to cram all the sex positions together, and each one lasts 2 minutes, you don't enjoy them.
KMP movies have no passion and don't try to contribute anything, they are just a routine to shoot one movie after another and flood the market with mediocre VR movies.

This Afesta...if it weren't for their DRM free downloads and discounts during sales, I don't think anyone would put up with their rubbish site design. Site is laggy as well.

Are you using the japanese store? Did you know that there is a store in English? Anyway, to download use the Japanese store, some titles have more resolution and bitrate there. You can buy at one store, and download from both stores.

As you say, most of them for the price of a coffee, or less... They are almost free, and without DRM... But many people will continue to pirate even if they only cost a penny...
Taking a look at the list, I just discovered that there is some VR of the mythical Rei Mizuna !!!
It's very old, from 2016, so it will surely look bad, and it's from her last stage, weeks before retiring. But she's an actress I really liked, I think I'm going to buy it....
There are hundreds of VRs on the back pages of the sale list that are nowhere to be found, even though they are very old.

I've been picking up some vids of Shuri Atomi. Most of them aren't great in quality, but she was THE legendary loli before Matsumoto Ichika. Shuri retired shortly after Ichika rose up on the scene but there was a little overlap in their timelines which is why its a shame they never shot a scene together, or at least I don't think one exists. It would have been truly epic if that ever happened even if its not for VR.

Yes, unfortunately VR started in 2016, and many legends were left out.
It has some titles, but most of them are old and with bad image quality. In the last ones, that look better, she had already had a nose job, and it is not the same.
Yes, It would have been great if Atomi and Matsumoto had shot together some scenes in VR...
She's not the prettiest but she has a nice body with great ass, and I like her because she sweats a lot during the scenes.... I like some real sweat, add realism to the scene. Egads, I just spent ~7.5k JPY on VR JAV and that's dirt cheap considering how much content I picked up. I'll need a week to download them, maybe more...like a month? Just to download as the Afesta site is slow and tends to cut off the download partway without being able to resume so you need to restart - and they have a download volume cap by timeframe.
Regardless, I'm still not done with my shopping. Very likely will pick up more.

I don't like the VKRM of the last 1 or 2 years. Before that, they filmed much more VR with naked girls and face to face missionary. For example the title with Kinoshita Himari you mention. I bought it when it came out, and it's really good, I love Himari. I used to buy 15 or 20 titles a year from KMP, this year I only bought one.
I see that you have bought a lot of titles, it's normal when you start and you don't have any, they are almost for free. The same thing happened to me when I discovered the store.
When it comes to downloading, I use J Downloader 2, it goes a little faster than in the browser, and you can almost always continue if the download gets cut off. Download the files 1 by 1, if you download several at once, they all stop. Patience, it's worth it!
That stupid Afesta site design made me buy duplicates. At least they were cheap.
Some titles I bought, I later found them bundled into packs that were the same price as the single vid.
This happened to me for a few Kanon Kanade, Shuri Atomi, and that title I mentioned. Stupid obtuse site navigation...
Search first for the packs. There is a tag called Long Length to filter them.
The store is not perfect but at least you can buy thousands of VRs very cheap without DRM. No one else offers that.
I'm new to VR JAV and I struggle a bit navigating through afesta so I'm asking for help. I'd love to purchase some stuff but, you know, storage space is limited and I'm a picky JAV enjoyer. Is there a way to get the cover ID the videos from afesta so that I can check here for thumbnails? I'd like to know the video better before I buy. What about searching on afesta by cover ID? And lastly, is there a way to watch trailers or samples without goggles?

At A Festa you can see the ID of the film by saving the cover photo. In the name of the photo is the ID. And yes, you can search by ID using their search engine.
In the catalog of each film there are photos, and most also have videos. You can download these trailers and watch them without glasses They have double image but can be viewed on any screen. They serve perfectly to give you an idea of what the movie is about.
