old DD and torrend post requests

Just wondering, old video files w links that have expired and torrents moved to the graveyard. Is there a place to request them reposted/revived that would actually get a result, or is it totally ineffective?

yes there is, it depends on what you are looking for, but in every section the is a request sub-section
