Easylist aren't responding to my emails.

For now, there's a potential quick fix: uploaders should stop using https in filejoker URLs.

Easier said than done of course...

Might have to strong-arm them on this one (i.e. block https filejoker urls, and only allow http ones)
 
Wouldn't this solution affect existing links?
 
The easiest solution is to disable the add blocker for Akiba. There aren't many adds anyway.
 
So... after looking into solutions as far reaching as rebuilding the database, and diving deep into the forum templates to find hooks I could exploit, turns out we have a built in "Censor" feature in the forum software which I used to just filter https colon slash slash and replace it with http://

This is still a kind-of-temporary solution though. If anyone wants to help out and email the easylist maintainers on the forum's behalf, or reply to this thread on their forum, you are more than welcome ^_^

Easylist removed the filter. All is well.

An unexpected error:

The following error occurred:
The uploaded file is too large for the server to process.
The image in question is 1016x691 187kB, so rather standard in size. Is everything OK?

sorry the only thing I could do was remove a lot of files in the media gallery to make more space, hopefully a better solution soon
 
we now have another ~50GB of space for the database.
This should be okay for this year :)

deleting files (from the media gallery) wasn't the issue. These files are stored on it's own HDD - still around 600GB of free space)

this problem occurred due the fact that database and the temporary-folder (in which the image will be put, before transferring it to the data-directory) are located on the same HDD.
Thus there were not enough space for handling this operation.

It should now be all back to normal :)

I started downloading from FileJoker and for some reason the file stopped half way, so I deleted the file. But now when I try to redownload it or try another file I get this message.
(Your current download hasn’t finished yet. If you want to be able to download multiple files simultaneously, please upgrade to Premium.)
I’m not downloading it anymore as I cleared the file and the cache but it keeps on displaying this message.
I’m using an iPhone BTW.
Please help.

Not an Akiba site bug, that's FileJoker.com. since you're not a Premium user with them you probably just need to wait a day or two. If you can't do that buy Premium. But again, nothing anyone on this site can do, thanks.

Seriously, you have contradicted yourself, so tell something a bit more useful for staff - where you actually can't post, because "anything anywhere" is not true.

its always bordered in orange saying waiting moderation... and not approved.
this is the first and only post approved for some reason.
