Thank you. It's funny I don't trust Chinese subs(I seen too many "questionable" subs) but I do find Thai subs to be quite good.
To those who upload and share ANY subs, I admire and appreciate your efforts, whether it Chinese or Korean or Thai or Eng. The fact you guys are keeping the subs alive is wonderful.

There are many simple options for translating a subtitle file from either of those languages to English. Subtitle Edit has an automatic translate function and / or you could use Google translate for the raw file.

If I'm not wrong, they are done this way : auto caption to get japanese subs > machine translation to chinese. Because many have missing parts, and the japanese subs are also often wrong too. So imagine how fucked up the english versions are lol.

Yes that's my big fear but many seems to like using the Chinese subs and I heard they have improve.

I seen your prices, not bad. I do understand why. Subbing from scratch is hard work. It's time consuming and hurts the eyes and somewhat the brain and hands lol.
 
I do some translations myself (just few titles) and I was able to compare couple of movies like WANZ-950. The only thing that was worth it was the timecode (maybe 80% was good). The auto translated english didn't make any sense, so I re-created them by doing a manual and human translation.

So yeah, for free, you can't complain, but you don't get quality at all.

Yep, quality has a cost. We still offer cheaper costs than others, not to mention non JAV translation services (it's around 4$/min).
