There's not all that much info on command strings for these programs out there and I'm to lazy to learn how to combine commands.

So many different versions of whisper. I'm looking for the one that gives the best results without any extra work. I just want to make the subs and watch the movie. I don't care about the wrong pronouns and similar errors, just want what gives the best translation without needing extra editing.

I have a fast computer with lots of video memory so I don't mind if it needs lots of resources. Speed isn't a big issue either, it's not like I watch more than one movie on a day. I do want something I can run on my own computer, not some online thing. Any suggestions?

I think you're only allowed to attach pictures or archives, so you have to zip or rar the file.

Easy way on windows, right-click the file, go to the "send to" menu and select "compressed (zipped) folder".

If you are using a Windows System, bring up the JAV Movie sub-directory, right click on the JAV Movie.srt file and then click on Add to "JAV Movie.rar" and file explorer will create a Jav Moie.rar file in the same directory which can be attached to your post. Pretty easy really!

That only works if you have winrar installed. Similar archival software will have similar options too, but unlikely they have those if they don't know how to use them.

I used the Whisper version as the base and used the downloaded sub to fill in and provide clarification in several places. I also attempted to clean it up a bit and re-interpreted some of the meaningless/ "lewd-less" dialog. Again, I don't understand Japanese so my re-interpretations might not be totally accurate but I try to match what's happening in the scene. Anyway, enjoy and let me know what you think.​

The help in Whisper doesn't seem to make it clear what it is I'm supposed to do.
I have tried to just check the box at Source Separation but that doesn't do it.

I've ran into the same issue. For some reason(not sure how that works on the colab), the variables defined in the first block aren't seen by the last script so I just copied the whole code from the first block and put it at the start(make sure you add some empty line to where you paste) of the last so it can see them. Just make sure to do the changes you want done first before the copy pasting or wait for someone who understand how it works to tell you how to properly use it.
