It's when we take all the dialogs and use an online translator to translate them into english or any language , ... the result is often bad unfortunately, since asian languages are not build like western ones (for instance, in asian languages, subject is often "optional").
The other problem is that if you provide a full SRT, the online translator will mess up the format, and make it unusable. So you have to translate only dialogs, one by one, unless you know a little about computer programming language to automate it for you.
I know there is a site called subtitlecat which may make it for you, but I haven't tested it.
But once again, "machine translated" subs are often very bad unfortunately. So you have to check the result and "arrange" it to make it more understandable. That's why we have to be thankful to all uploaders here who take (a lot) of their time to make it.
